Twas the day before Thanksgiving, and all through the land
People were scurrying - things got out of hand
The grocery store workers knew not what to do
When the customer told them to hurry because he had to poo
That customer was me, yes this is true
For the day before Thanksgiving HEB almost got a gift they could not return

Why would I allow myself to be pushed around?
- Because you don’t believe you are valuable enough to be treated right
- Insecure
- You’re an avoider
- Negative beliefs from childhood to present - things will never change, it will only make things worse...
Set boundaries because of who you are in Jesus.
Choose the right time to talk.
Are my boundaries to honor God and the other person?
Having this conversation early is better. Don’t let things sit and stew and turn toxic.
